How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed between two days and 7 days.
However, more complex requests can take longer. Once you have made a request and we see it as a more complicated project we can discuss the expectations on turnaround time

How can I pause my plan?
We understand that your design needs may not always require a full month's worth of work. Sometimes, you may find yourself with just one or two design requests at a given moment.
We empathize with this situation and want to assure you that we have a solution in place.
Our subscription service allows you to pause your subscription whenever you need to.
Consider this scenario: you sign up and actively use our service for 21 days. At that point, you may decide to pause your subscription.
By doing so, the billing cycle is put on hold, ensuring that you have 10 days of unused service remaining, which you can utilize at any time in the future when your design workload increases.

What programs do you use?
We predominantly use Adobe Creative Suite for all our design requests, some requests may require other programs such as Figma, Sketch, Blender, or even Canva.
When we do web development we will utilize Visual Studios Code to build out code.
How do I request designs?
At FUKCIT Creative, we prioritize providing you with an abundance of flexibility when it comes to requesting designs through our Trello platform.
We understand that each client has their preferred method of communication and briefing, and we strive to accommodate them all.
Clients commonly request designs directly through Trello, where they can share their ideas, requirements, and feedback seamlessly.
Alternatively, we also encourage the use of other collaborative tools such as Google Docs or wireframes, enabling clients to share their vision in a format that suits them best.
We go the extra mile by embracing various communication styles. For those who prefer expressing their ideas verbally,
we even welcome briefs recorded in the form of a Loom video. We understand that not everyone enjoys writing lengthy briefs,
so we offer this alternative method to ensure that everyone feels comfortable conveying their creative vision.
In addition, we are more than happy to provide a request form if that better suits your needs.

What happens if our team only has one request?
Absolutely! We completely understand that your design needs may vary over time. If you find yourself in a situation where you have completed your immediate design requirements,
you have the freedom to pause your subscription until you have additional design needs in the future. Rest assured, there's no need to let the remaining time of your subscription go to waste.
One of the great advantages of our subscription model is that you have the flexibility to utilize the remaining days of your subscription within the current month.
So, even if you pause your subscription, you still have the opportunity to request more work during the rest of the month without needing to activate the subscription for the following month.
We want to ensure that you get the most value out of your subscription and have the convenience of accessing our services whenever you need them.

Do you provide refunds?
As we pride ourselves in the quality we provide we don't do refunds, we will ensure you that we will rework the project to suit your needs.
We understand that sometimes miscommunication arises, and that's why we do the weekly sync to ensure we are all on track,
and the project is running smoothly, please note that all project updates will be posted on the project card on your Trello board.
